How is it done?
1. Reception
Reception of the original file to translate.
2. Estimate
Preparation and sending an estimate of cost and turnaround time within 24 hours.
3. Confirmation
Customer emails back the signed estimate of quote and turnaround time.
4. Delivery
Delivery of the translation within the timeline specified in the estimate
5.Invoicing
Invoice is sent together with the translation; payment is required within 7 business days (regular clients and clients on contract can pay within 30 calendar days).
Average deadline is calculated based on a delivery within 2 business days for projects of 2,000 words or smaller. Rush fees of 50% to 100% apply for urgent requests depending on the turnaround time needed and the size and complexity of the project.
